About the game

Welcome to GalaXseeds - a multiplayer online game for kids! GalaXseeds is a zany organic sci-fi community that exists within an infinitely small unknown organism. Players are divided into four clans which collaborate and compete to maintain the fragile balance of this universe. Through trading, safe-chat and experimentation players become botanists and explore plant breeding to earn prosperity and status in the world.

Safety

Why do you collect my child's email address?
We collect your child's email address in order to provide member services like helping to obtain a forgotten password. We're dedicated to the privacy and safety of your child. For more information, please read our privacy policy that states what information is collected and how we use it.

Is my child's information safe?
Yes. All information is stored in a secure database and we do not share any personally identifiable information.

Does it cost anything?
No. Members can earn botanickels by playing for free.

What is safe-chat?
Members can communicate with each other by forming sentences from pre-selected phrases. All chat is canned and limited to a safe list of phrases.

Are the message boards moderated?
Yes. Members can communicate with each other by posting on our pre-moderated message boards. Every post is screened before going live by a police-vetted, trained moderator to ensure that: no personally identifiable information is displayed and that inappropriate, offensive and bullying posts are deleted. Our boards also have word filtering, and certain features of the boards are disabled for safety reasons.

Can other people access my child's account?
As long as your child keeps his or her password a secret, his or her account and items will be safe. Please make sure to explain to your child the importance of Internet Safety.

Getting help online
If your child needs help playing the game, there is a 'help' icon on the right-hand side of the game screen. We also have a lot of information about game features within our Help Section. If you or your child would like to register a complaint against another member, please visit our Contact Us page and fill out the form. Please do not hesitate to contact us if an issue arises.
