has anyone seen what i guess you could call a new mission is when you go to Luma go to where cathriller is and at night like 8:00pm there will be a ghost and how do you get that dude that in club starta to apear again because he won't for me he came once and then left

It is not a new mission, but yes, it is linked to the in-game time.

This topic is completely useless because that was like one of the oldest missions.
